Dale Felton is a trial specialist, Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a Past President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Felton has also taken on big insurance companies like Allstate, Farmers, GEICO, and State Farm. His case before the Texas Supreme Court, Arnold v. National County Mutual Fire Ins. Co., established the law of bad faith in Texas. That case holds that an insurance company owes its insureds a duty of good faith and fair dealing, and that an insured may sue the insurance company if the insurance company does not treat the insured fairly.
Dale Felton is one of the foremost car wreck specialists in the nation. He taught accident reconstruction at Texas A&M for over a decade. He is a master in proving the scientific causes of vehicular accidents. He has been called upon to testify as an accident reconstruction expert in behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Dale Felton has been invited to speak at over 100 legal seminars across the country and has published numerous articles and professional papers. He is considered an authority in personal injury and property damage law.
