 Linda Felton - Paralegal
Linda has worked in the insurance industry and legal field for over 30 years. She has been Mr. Felton’s paralegal since 1983. She is also his wife.
Linda is a graduate of the Southwestern Paralegal Institute in Houston, where she graduated at the top of her class.
In her years as a paralegal, Linda has worked in every aspect of the practice of law, from handling routine minor cases to assisting in the preparation of briefs filed in the Texas and U.S. Supreme Courts. She actively assisted and participated in over 100 jury trials. Linda has excellent research skills and is exceptionally talented in drafting legal documents.
With Linda’s extensive experience in handling legal matters, her winning attitude, and dedication to ensure that every legal matter is handled properly, she is here to assure you that your legal matter will receive the attention and devotion it deserves.
 Jim Britt - Investigator
Jim has been a certified Peace Officer in the State of Texas for over 38 years.
He recently retired from the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked as an investigator for the Trial Bureau, and the Major Fraud, Public Integrity, and Consumer Fraud Divisions. During his 22 years with the District Attorney’s Office, Jim investigated major crimes of every description, from vehicular accidents to homicides to white collar fraud.
Prior to working with the District Attorney’s Office, Jim served as a police officer for the City of South Houston for over 16 years. He spent several years in the Patrol Division until he was promoted to Detective. Jim served for five years as Supervisor of the Detectives and Narcotics Division.
Jim now brings his investigative and research skills to assist in the private practice of law. Jim welcomes the opportunity to thoroughly investigate any matter assigned to him in behalf of our clients.
 Earlene Britt - Legal Assistant
Earlene retired from LyondellBasell Industries in Pasadena, Texas, and recently became a Grimes County resident. She worked in Logistics and Traffic Safety at Lyondell, and served as an OSHA Safety Representative. Earlene performed safety audits for many years at the Lyondell chemical plant and at other chemical plants along the Houston Ship Channel in an effort to identify safety hazards.
